Travelaffare opened in Blackwood South Australia in 1998.

Travelaffare’s owners Lyndall Young and Leonie Nelson are very proud of their strong reputation for excellent personal service, competitive pricing and attention to detail. With their many years of experience and extensive travel knowledge, Lyndall and Leonie area_staff supported by a dynamic team of highly qualified consultants – Claire, Bec and Sonia who have a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge and are always happy to assist. Kirstin is responsible for administration and book keeping and Sonja manages the marketing activities including community group fundraisers, local sponsorship, database, website, local advertising and events, offering over 90 years of combined travel industry experience.

After recently winning the prestigious ‘Outstanding Achievement Award” by the Independent Travel Group which recognised their outstanding growth across all facets of international and Australian travel, Travelaffare decided it was time to update their image including relocating to newly renovated premises at 187 Main Road, Blackwood (next door to Banner Mitre 10)

We have booked through Travelaffare several times and can not fault the outstanding customer service and knowledge of holiday destinations. Most recently on our Girls Football trip where we had booked through Jetstar and surprise surprise, flight cancelled, a quick call to Travelaffare and all got sorted very quickly… thank goodness. Recent trips to Bali and New Zealand were most enjoyable due to the knowledge and good advice of the staff :):)
