I use many and varied exercises and equipment to provide interest and cross training.
The exercises are design to empower the individual to achieve their physical potential.
You will learn to recognise and feel the muscles working and discover how your body is responding to the exercise.
I keep my classes limited to 15 at the CFS and 10 at the Belair Uniting Church to allow a comfortable and safe space between each person.
Small class numbers also allow me to observe each person and prevent incorrect and unsafe execution of the exercise.
